Starting point of the Group

The creation of Best Capital Invest is the natural culmination of nearly 25 years of hard work and constant innovation for the stake of our country.

The starting point of the group is the ambition of two men : Mr Oussama Rhissassi and Taoufiq Rhissassi.
In the Mid 80s they both decided to return to Morocco , leaving respectively New York and Toulouse in order to join their forces and expertise acquired over years of study and professional experience in the service of their country.

This openness to the most modern international managing practices enabled the group to anticipate and accompany the fast changes that have occurred in our country.

From a concept … to the constitution of a leading group

In 1988, Besmark group arises with the creation of Top computer , one of the first IT retail chain in Morocco . Soon, the group started gain confidence and stood as a pioneer in a fledgling market and a still unknown sector in the country .

IN 1933, Bestmark group made the choice of a vertical integration through the creation of its wholesale activity downstream, Bestmark multimedia , the first retail space specialized in IT .

In 2001, right after the acquisition of Meditel the second telephony license in Morocco, and choosing to outsource its distribution model, the group added to its activities a new one , telecommunication.

In 2003, a managerial restructuration of Bestmark Group was implemented, which is today organized as follows : TOP COMPUTER, BESTMARK MULTIMEDIA, BESTMARK TELECOM and BESTMARK CORPORATE dedicated to professionals and key accounts . With 250 stores nationwide and a strong implantation in the entire value chain , Bestmark becomes a leading IT group characterized by the uniqueness of its global positioning .

“The Fruits” of a passion for the land

In a perspective of risk diversification and exploration of new growth drivers, Best capital Invest have made the choice of investing in agriculture and agribusiness.

That’s how Bestlands was Born in 1997, bringing together more than 410 Hectares of citrus fields established in the region of Souss and, with an own production of 10,000 tonnes.

In 2011, with the creation of Clementina, one of the most modern and efficient industrial unit of processing and packaging of citrus nationwide , the group achieved its industrial integration in a logic of vertical integration . Therefore , it became a key actor in the pathway of Vegetables and fruits, exporting its products all over the world ( Russia, Canada, United States but also Europe … )
