Best Capital Invest’s board of directors is currently chaired by Mr Oussama Rhissassi and Taoufiq Rhissassi.
The holding provides the rationalization and management support functions for all its subsidiaries, through the polling of Business Units : Legal and Financial Administration, Human Resources (HR), Information Systems (IS), Strategy & Development and communication & Marketing.
Best Capital Invest’s board of directors is in charge of analysing and fixing the group’s development and growth strategy . Operational management of each subsidiary is managed independently, in consultation with the top management of the group.
OUSSAMA RHISSASSI
CEO
Aged 53, Mr. Oussama Rhissassi holds a third cycle degree at Paris Dauphine in ” Business administration”.
At age 25, he was appointed as chief executive for five years at ODI in New York. His mission mainly consisted in the promotion of the American investments in Morocco, including the establishment of PFIZER , the multinational pharmaceutical company .
Mr. Rhissassi was a member of the Swimming Moroccan national team.
TAOUFIK RHISSASSI
Vice-President
Aged 51, Mr. Taoufik Rhissassi is a computer engineer graduated from the university of Toulouse, France .
At age 23 , as an independent IT consultant, he took part in the information systems restructuration of large public companies, and designing billing programs of various multinational companies settled in Morocco.
Mr. Rhissassi was a member of the Moroccan national team tennis.
